Jennifer Liddy and Sinead Neilan commenced their own practice on the 3rd January, 2017 thus carrying on a great legal tradition within the Liddy Neilan family in the building previously occupied by their great grandfather Patrick J Neilan, their grandfather John F. Neilan and Sinead Neilan’s late father Edward Brian Neilan, all previous State Solicitors for County Roscommon.
Jennifer graduated from University College Dublin where she was awarded a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies. After graduation she gained invaluable experience working for insurance companies where she dealt with the defence of road traffic accidents, public liability claims, employer liability claims and medical negligence. Jennifer completed her internship in Roscommon and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2004. She has gained extensive experience in all areas of general practice to include conveyancing, probate, litigation and personal injuries*.
Sinead graduated from NUI Galway where she was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, Sociology and Politics following which she completed her Bachelor of Law. She was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2008 and she has worked in all areas of general practice to include conveyancing, probate, civil and criminal litigation, personal injuries* and family law.
